Type in the heart rates from your stand test. The page shows the rise at each minute and sets it beside the numbers used in the POTS criteria. Nothing you type is saved or sent anywhere.
Enter your lying heart rate and at least one standing reading to see the change.
What this means: the number you reached is one input. A doctor weighs it with your symptoms, how long you have had them, your medicines, your bloodwork and an exam. A single home test can read high or low for reasons unrelated to POTS, including caffeine, a poor night of sleep, heat, a recent illness, and a heart rate sensor that lags. Repeat the test on a few mornings and bring all of them.
