These terms cover your use of POTS, available on the App Store for iPhone and Apple Watch.
The guided stand test and evidence-based guides are free to use. You must be able to form a binding agreement to use the app (generally, be old enough in your jurisdiction to enter into a contract or have a parent/guardian's permission).
Lifetime access ($29 once) is a one-time, non-subscription purchase processed through your Apple ID. There is no recurring charge. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Purchases can be restored on your other devices using the app's restore purchase option, subject to Apple's standard App Store purchase rules.
POTS is not a diagnostic device. It measures your heart rate response during a self-administered stand test and helps you track that response over time. It does not diagnose, interpret, or offer a medical conclusion about any condition, including POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) or any other form of dysautonomia. Nothing in the app or on this website is a substitute for evaluation by a licensed medical professional. Always talk to your doctor about your symptoms and your results.
If you experience a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately. Do not use POTS in place of emergency care.
POTS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
